How do the stops work?
You will choose where you’d like the bus to drop you off throughout your night of fun. This does not include your pickup location.
When does the time start?
Your time starts at your scheduled time & as soon as you enter the bus. If you are to begin at 9PM and your guests have not all arrived; your time will still begin at 9PM.
How do I book?
You can book directly here on the website by going to our Scheduling section at the bottom of the page. you can select to pay the $300 deposit or the full amount. OR you can contact us through the email form and we will send the agreement directly to you.
Is Food or Alcohol Allowed?
You can bring your own Alcohol, however, food is not allowed on the bus. If you have leftovers from your dinner you can transport them, but you cannot open and eat food on the bus.
Do you have a stripper pole on the bus?
No. We do not have a stripper pole.
Can I rent the Bus for an hour?
No. Unfortunately, we have a 2hr minimum.
Does the deposit go towards the package price?
$100 of the $300 deposit goes towards your package. The remaining $200 is fully refundable AFTER your event has concluded and there are no damages.
What comes with the bus?
We include champagne flutes, ice, & a bottle of champagne.
Do I have to use the stops?
No, you do not have to use your stops. There is also no discount should you choose not to stop anywhere.
Is there a down-payment or do we pay all up front?
To reserve you date you must both sign the agreement AND pay the full $300 deposit (You cannot pay $150 and have the date, it must be the full $300).
Do You have a photographer on the bus?
We can send a list of our trusted vendors for your event but the bus will not automatically come with a photographer/videographer.
Is the deposit refundable?
$200 of the $300 deposit is refundable once your event has concluded, if there are no damages. If you pay the $300 deposit and do not host your event and/or cancel, you will forfeit your entire $300 deposit (you cannot get it back).
Why are taxes included?
There is nothing for- profit the Government does not tax. That includes our services.
Do you choose the pickup and stops?
No, you choose completely where you would like to go. We can, however, give you some suggestions.
Are Strippers Allowed?
Yes, strippers are allowed. They must not use the ceiling guide rails for dancing.
Do we contact the wineries or do you?
You are responsible for contacting the wineries on your behalf. If it is a winery event we are hosting under MEVA Events, we will contact them.
